Scottish Ale Bread

First things first, I’m only calling this Scottish Ale Bread because the beer happens to be from Scotland. This is very tasty bread.

The Bellhaven Scottish Ale has strong flavors which really modify the bread flavor to near perfection.

What’s In It

Here are all the ingredients.

Salt, Flour, Yeast, Ale, and then Oats are sprinkled on top before baking.
