Sour Beer Pickled Jalapenos

Get ready for a flavor burst with these simple to make sour beer pickled jalapenos, you’re going to love them.

After making a large batch of my smoked bacon-wrapped jalapenos the other day I had some leftover peppers. Perfect opportunity to make some pickled peppers. I haven’t made these in a while and was eager to try them again with a twist.

First, I like to add a beer instead of water, and second I add a small amount of red onion and whatever bell peppers I have as long as they are not green, those are boring. I used yellow bell pepper and a strawberry hopped sour beer I had in the fridge however, feel free to use any beer you’d like.
